What Is Your Refund Policy

No refunds or returns offered with hatching eggs. If you do receive a damaged shipment due to postal service delays or mishandling, you are welcome to file a claim with USPS.

How Are Your Eggs Packaged?

Eggs are shipped in insulated foam shippers and double boxed, for extra protection.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Breed availability is updated every Sunday night, with a projected amount of eggs that will be available for that week. Eggs are shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday with USPS Priority.

Do You Ship or Sell Day Old Chicks?

Yes, I do! If you are interested in chicks, please send me a message and I will be happy to work with you. They are sold by custom orders only.

Do You Guarantee Hatch Rates?

I do not guarantee hatch rates, due to too many variables that are out of my control- Shipping and handling, as well as individual incubation techniques can greatly effect your hatch rate. Fertility is checked on a weekly basis and only pens with a 90%+ fertility rate will be offered.

When Do You sell Chicks and Hatching Eggs?

My busiest time of the year is February through June, as that is when my birds are most productive and shipping temperatures are ideal. However, as long as the birds are being productive and laying they will be offered.

Do You Sell and Ship Adult Birds

I select my own personal breeders every fall and do offer pullets, as well as aged hens at that time. However, I do not ship adult birds, they are local pick-up only. They will be listed on my Facebook page and local sales pages when available.

Do You Sell Mandarin Ducks and Hatching Eggs?

When available Mandarin hatching eggs will be listed on Ebay. The link will be posted on the Mandarin Duck page and shared on social media (Facebook and Instagram) to allow all of my customers a fair opportunity. Ducklings hatched by my hens will be offered for local pick-up only. In the event that I do have adults or pairs in the fall, they will be available for shipping.
